Cancellation Policy
-Rescheduling and any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
-If you have any concerns with the service you received let me know within 72 hours and we will fix the issue to your satisfaction at no extra charge. I do not offer refunds on any services. If you have any allergic reactions to to any of the products used during the service contact me immediately. For lashes If you have an allergic reaction and are unable to wear them contact me and I will remove them free of charge but no refund will be issued. If you usually experience sensitivities let me know in advance and we will administer a patch test to ensure no complications.
